Step 1: From the Office Timeline ribbon click the Style button and select Scale
On Style Wizard’s Scale window, you will see the Language drop-down menu. Notice, when you roll your mouse over Language a red circle will appear over the first date on your time band. This lets you know that you can customize the date format.
Step 2: Choose the new language and click Finish
